Following the acquisition of Maersk Drilling and Diamond Offshore, Noble Drilling now owns and operates one of the most modern, versatile, and technically advanced fleets in the offshore drilling industry.
On their journey to consolidate and standardize the 3 legacy competence systems, Noble engaged IAS International to provide expert support to ensure that their new Competence System is fully aligned with the industry standards and best practices.
The project was successfully completed on time and on budget under the leadership of our MD and Ops Director who has experience designing, developing, implementing and reviewing effective competence systems. The project team consisted of competency experts from the following disciplines Marine, Drilling, Lifting, Maintenance and Subsea SME.
